"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."

"I had a system swap out performed by AAU (furnace, condensing unit, cooling coil). I pay attention to finer meticulous details and I must say- the sheet metal work performed looks so aesthetically pleasing, prim and proper. The bends and angles in the line-set (the copper tubing from the exterior condenser to inside the house) hugs the walls and is mounted so pristine. I have peace at mind knowing this job was performed correctly and I do not need to worry about my heating/cooling for another 10+ years! Thank you to AAU, the gentleman I dealt with was Danny and he was very pleasant and made this task seamless and most importantly they left the place cleaner than it was before they arrived!"
