"George provided the most comprehensive analysis of the roofing issue that was causing a small ceiling leak in one room. Where other vendors merely did a visual scan of the roof area in question from a position on a ladder, George got ON the roof, found a chipped tile, and removed several tiles to assess the extent of damage. He provided a good summary of what he believed needed to be done and, unlike the other vendors, did NOT try to sell me on replacing the entire roof "just in case" other problems arise due to the age of the roof (about 20 yrs.) Work was completed as scheduled and in budget. All staff was friendly and efficient."
