"I contacted Zavala Flooring Service after receiving a number of referrals from Home Advisor and Zavala was prompt and professional in their follow-up and scheduling of the initial inspection to review the flooring installation I requested. It happened quickly as scheduled without delay and with excellent communication and a detailed scope of work before work began that was to be performed and any details that I was to be responsible for. The owner and install crew showed up at the time scheduled and covered up the entry hall floor and added plastic screening to minimize dust to other areas. I have high standards as I've been a Builder for many years and I appreciate the level of detail in preparation before installing the engineered wood flooring began and cleanup and detail afterwards. No shortcuts here and no reminders needed. You can tell that this company has high standards and is consistent with best install practices required by manufactures for quality installation and warranty. They were very flexible and easy to work with, my plans evolved as we went along and they were really incredible to work with.
