Sealed / encapsulated crawlspace: insulation, vapor barrier, dehumidification, Insulation: Radiant Barrier, spray foam, fiberglass, Crawlspace mold remediation with chemical-free Dry Ice Blasting & Soda Blasting
"I used Triangle Radiant Barrier (TRB) to remediate a moisture issue in our crawlspace and advise on steps to prevent future problems. I had estimates from five different contractors and TRB was clearly head and shoulders above the other in terms of professionalism and competence. There was never any high-pressure salesmanship, nor was I encouraged to purchase options that wouldnâ t provide something I didnâ t need. They coordinated with the HVAC contractor to ensure each was able to complete their portion of the job while minimizing inconvenience to us during the process. Everything was scheduled to make our lives easier and everything was started and completed on time. Zoom conference with the owner ensured we were all on the same page and allowed for a lot of questions to be answered. The initial contacts were extremely educational without being pushy to sign and get started. The crews were on time and efficient. The end result surpassed all expectations and we are already seeing the change in our homes environment. On the rare occasion there was a miscommunication, it was handled promptly and to our satisfaction. No final payment was requested until one of the owners came to do a quality assurance inspection with us present. Everything was documented with photos both before and after completion. Highly recommend Triangle Radiant Barrier for any crawlspace or attic issue your house my encounter. Absolutely wonderful people at every level I dealt with."

"Diego gave helpful advice on a whole house painting(including tin roof and decking). He and his crew spent significant time pressure washing and preparing all surfaces for paint and stain. They came promptly as the weather permitted. He and his crew were meticulous and expert in their painting. They left no mess behind on any day of work. It was fun to see the progress and we feel like we have a new home and deck and are thrilled with it. It was a pleasure to work with Diego and his crew."

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
