"Dillon and his team are amazing! We hired them to do our bathroom flooring along with all the carpet being replaced on the stairs and upstairs. There were some small hiccups on my end that had to push off the install date and they were nothing but understanding! We then ended up having to break up the install into the bathrooms one friday/Saturday and then doing the carpets a few weeks later (we were trying to purge the house of extra stuff and got behind) again totally understanding! And if that weren't enough.....a couple weeks after the bathrooms were done we sprung a leak in our downstairs toilet....well the quarter round wasnt in yet(again a delayed decision on our end...it was going to be put in when the carpet got done) Dillon was amazing and got a guy out the next morning, he pulled the LVP flooring up...thank goodness its waterproof....got it all dried, found the leak and fixed it and then put the flooring back in and actually brought the quarter round that day and put it in! Dillon has been a saint putting up with all the crazy that's happened and now everything is done and it looks fantastic! Definitely using them again!"
