He even mentioned independent outlets would be installed for the sump pumps by an electrician as part of the contract. The cost of the permit was included in the price. He discussed the costs and how the job will be done. He was very knowledgeable and gave me and my daughter a feeling of confidence that the problems would be fixed in a professional and competent manner and guaranteed for life.He was always available to answer additional questions even after the contract was signed. His crew came when they were scheduled and immediately covered and protected the area near and around the work area. They moved large items like the washer and dryer in order to do their work. The foreman answered any questions I had even during the work assuring me that it was being properly done. He was patient and professional.
