"Very professional, prompt caring attention to detail. Clearly take their profession very serious and very generous with taking care of things as they arise. Every step of the project/job was detailed and discussed, showing great concern that we were happy with not just the end project but with every aspect of what the job entailed. We are very happy with the work Royal and look forward to hiring them for other projects in the coming months. We highly recommend Royal Painting . Thank you."

"They were fast and effective. The job they did was emasculate. I was nervous about the color of the siding matching the rest and they did a SUPERB job"

"Pereira and his team did a great job painting my two story house’ soffit, fascia , cleaned gutters and soft wash siding within the time frame we’ve agreed to. Their price was very competitive among four contractors who provided quotes for. One other quote was same price for painting but wouldn’t do gutter cleaning. Other two quotes were both over 50% more expensive for same scope of work. This is for a rental apartment I need to keep the cost down so that I keep the rent affordable. Good quality work for good price."

"The team did an excellent job. And their price was great too. They covered all the floors and cleaned fully after completing the job and also during the job too. It took them 4 days to complete painting our condo. And I'm quite happy with the outcome and would hire them again whenever I needed."

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
