He came through when another vendor backed out and was able to accommodate us in our tight timeline with very little notice to him. The project took a little longer than expected, but that could have been due to unforeseen issues. He stayed till the end and even cleaned the floors personally to ensure that we were completely satisfied. "Very professional , everything was explained to me, exactly why they were doing what had to be done and why and the cost. I was given another option if I thought that I wanted to go the least expensive route. After giving it some thought I opted for the best way of doing the job , the right way and have been very happy I did, when we had the down pours a couple of weeks ago I went over everything they did to make sure it did not leak. I was pleased to see that it didn't. I guess I picked the right company to fix the leaky roof as my wife's office is now completely dry and she is very happy . A happy wife makes for a happy life.
