"Mike responded to my request immediately, set up an appointment to look at my job and give an estimate right away, and then completed the work in 4 days. Within 8 days of my call my new water heater was installed. The contract was clearly set out, and the work was very professionally completed exactly as per the bid. "I was very impressed with Do IT Right Plumbers. Customer service was great (Amanda) and Plumber Chris arrived on time and explained the work needed. He was neat and clean in appearance and very careful protect our floor. He gave us cost for the work and answered questions about future plumbing issues that may need attention. There was no hard sell just information and I decided to go ahead with non emergency project based on his recommendation. We are very happy with work and would hire them again."

"Anthony Fankhauser (Owner) is an exceedingly polite individual who provided detailed information on work to be accomplished. Unfortunately, the day my septic tank was being pumped coincided with a number of issues Anthony was experiencing on another job. For that reason, my task was delayed until after 6:00 PM. When Anthony arrived late in the evening to complete the work, he performed camera inspections and explained some minor issues. There was no indication of irritation or frustration due to the issues related to his other task. This was refreshing since I sincerely expected him to vent regarding problems experienced with his other work. I seriously recommend using Anthonyâ s services if you have plumbing issues."
