He explained everything to me that he was going to do and followed threw on everything he promised. No surprises either, no extra charges when they showed up like a another very well known company did to me and I sent them away. Jonathan is very professional and so very professional in everything he does. They showed up on time and again he answered more questions I had even though he had 4 more installs to complete after me and this was at 2:00PM. Cleaned up everything and took a lot of time getting media out of my water heater that caused our last water softener to fail. Warned me that our water heater was going to fail soon and Jonathan will be who I contact to replace it . Great and honest person and company that he runs and I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and neighbors. This is an honest review and I was not paid or give anything to post this."
