"They were able to arrange services according to my schedule for me it was best to be able to do it on a Saturday I had pavers that needed cleaning and sealing. The difference is like night and day. And he gave me a 5-year warranty on the sealer for my driveway which means my HOA will not bother me for the next 5 years lol.
