"I want to thank Manny and his team for an excellent job! I was in need of duct replacement and repair to be ready for winter time. I tried contacting several other HVAC companies over a couple of week period and Manny was the only one who called me back. He contacted me the next day and he was able to schedule my work the day after. He was very informative and professional. He also gave me some options to consider for insulation. He and his crew made quick work on the job and are clean and organized. When they were done he had me take a look at the completed work and it is super nice and neat! "They were really quick. Contacted them late one night, were here the next morning to inspect 7 systems. Replaced 2 full HVAC systems & made repairs & upgrades to 3 other systems the next day. Worked late into the night to get the work done. Excellent service, very professional, nice people, do quality work. Not the cheapest but will use them again for future work"

"Had an issue with one of our double ovens not heating sufficiently. Used HomeAdvisor to get bids on the job, these guys were the only ones that reached out. Fortunately, they were well rated. I got a call within about 15 minutes or searching for providers. They had a tech out the next day to diagnose the problem; two days later, they were back out again to fix it. The techs are knowledgeable about appliances and our issue was resolved in the same week we called for help. Overall i am happy with the service. Some feedback for American Air-Customs, Inc.: I asked the tech to call me with the cost of the replacement part before coming out to perform the repair, I did not receive this call. When he showed up to repair the oven, he had the part in hand. Fortunately we wound up not needing it at all, but that could have turned into a very uncomfortable conversation. I also did not receive a phone call from the tech or dispatch with a date or time window for when they showed up to fix the problem (after the initial diagnosis). Luckily we were home and my wife was available to answer the door while i was on a work call."
