His charge was very reasonable. After I paid him for the repair, he noticed a problem with our front door lock and he fixed that with no additional charge. "My refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling and another Pro said it could not be fixed. I ordered a new refrigerator. Then Chris called. I told him it couldn't be fixed. After explaining the symptoms to him, Chris said he thought he could fix the problem so he asked if he could come to check it out. He was able to replace a switch, repair a small coolant leak, and recharge the coolant. Chris was professional, loved his work, and was a total expert. I will hire Chris and Same Day Appliance Repair to work on my appliances in the future. Highly recommended. Now I have cancelled the new refrigerator order!"

"Had an issue with one of our double ovens not heating sufficiently. Used HomeAdvisor to get bids on the job, these guys were the only ones that reached out. Fortunately, they were well rated. I got a call within about 15 minutes or searching for providers. They had a tech out the next day to diagnose the problem; two days later, they were back out again to fix it. The techs are knowledgeable about appliances and our issue was resolved in the same week we called for help. Overall i am happy with the service. Some feedback for American Air-Customs, Inc.: I asked the tech to call me with the cost of the replacement part before coming out to perform the repair, I did not receive this call. When he showed up to repair the oven, he had the part in hand. Fortunately we wound up not needing it at all, but that could have turned into a very uncomfortable conversation. I also did not receive a phone call from the tech or dispatch with a date or time window for when they showed up to fix the problem (after the initial diagnosis). Luckily we were home and my wife was available to answer the door while i was on a work call."
