"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

"I really needed to have my windows cleaned before thanksgiving and unfortunately, I waited until the last minute to find a window cleaner. On the Sunday before thanksgiving I sent out a request through HomeAdvisor and immediately got a response from Diamond Construction. I called them and they came out within 2 hours to give me a bid for my windows. I have a large daylight rambler with ALOT of windows and sliders, as well as lots of clear glass railings around our upper deck. Fortunately for me, they said they could do it on that Tuesday and they were reasonably priced for sure! They brought all their own equipment and went quietly and diligently to work. They were kind, professional and considerate of our inside furniture and outside plants. When they were done, my windows and sills were so clean I just loved looking out the windows and enjoyed my view of the outside even more. I was so pleased with the service that I requested they come out again in August/September 2020 to clean the windows again as we prepare the house for a big family event. They also do small paint jobs and they would surely be one of the first companies I would call. I would definitively recommend them to my family and friends.
