"I found them on Home Advisor. The owner called me immediately. Although he could not come to my house to see the damage to my living room ceiling I sent him pictures. He could see there was mold and part of the ceiling would need to be replaced. He gave me an estimate and very soon after emailed me a quote. I got 2 estimates and the other contractor was about the same price as the patch boys. But the 2nd contractor never sent me a formal quote. I schedule the repair about 2 weeks after receiving the quote. They were on time and the young guy who came to my house was very polite and meticulous about covering up my living room with plastic and drop cloths. He did a fantastic job and painted the whole ceiling in 1 day. The only complaint I had was they used my deck to mix their solution for the drywall and left some spots on the deck. I told the owner and he came over the next day and used my hose to scrub the spots off the deck. Now that is customer service!"
