We were going to get 3 quotes but decided on USA after just one additional quote because of the sales team presentation, no pressure offers and competitive pricing. The install team were also informative, explained the process, would engage me if an issue was discovered and work with me for resolution. In fact we order the attic door cover and it was to small to install but the team explained the situation and advised that the issue would be resolved within the week. A few hours after the install the owner called to follow up on my satisfaction and to reschedule the install of the door cover. They even installed some additional batting over my attic fan not because it would have any actually effect on the r-rating but because I ask. Good choice on our part! "Spray Foam Genie Macon was Great a met with their rep he came out to my home assessed what I had. I told him what I wanted to do and the budget I was working with we together with the General Manager came up with a plan.Ended up doing the entire attic area with Spray foam and crawl spacethat was all sprayed as well. General Manager kept it within my budget unfortunately we did have one mishap one of guys stepped off safety board too soon doing my living room WELL THIS CAUSED HIS FOOT SIZE 14 TO GO THROUGH MY LIVING ROOM CEILING!!! Now for rest of the Story Spray foam Genie of Macon within an hour had 4 guys on the getting started underway to make the repairs to my ceiling.Cause there was not only one hole there was two size fourteen a right and a left. My ceilings are that old time stifling my wife and I both thought they will never be able to match it but in 48 hours they were packing their tools. Also They left it like like they found it cleaned behind themselves. WHICH IS RARE"
