After installation of glass tile my wife noticed that some of the backing of the cut tiles were chipped. I emailed Steve and informed him of the problem. Despite the fact we had already paid in full, Steve returned in timely fashion and promptly removed and replaced the damaged tiles. I would recommend Steve again, and will likely hire him for additional tile work in our house."
