Gentlemen was quite intelligent and very well educated, he actually gave me a lesson on gas-steam furnace, and for the repair, I never knew that the unit was so complicated and had so many issues even though the furnace was less than 3 years old but never serviced since it was installed. He explained each issue and why it occurred. and showed me each problem as he corrected them. Mohamad corrected all the issues and showed me how things work. He explained everything and showed me how to service the furnace my self. The furnace is operating perfectly. I highly recommend this gentleman, he definitely won me over.
