"Lanney is just fantastic! We wanted a tankless water heater in a home that presented many challenges. Lanney's determination to fulfill our wish to get rid of our old 50 gallon tank and install a much more efficient, modern system was evident throughout the process. He and his team communicated very well all the way from initial visit to final install. Lanney knows plumbing and if you have a problem, he and his time should be at the top of your list! Thanks Lanney, Austin and Saul! Great group of folks work on your next plumbing project."

"I recently hired Rocky Mountain Water Conditioning to help mitigate uranium and radon contamination as well as a hardness issue in our water. We have a mountain home with a well so these issues are quite common in our area. I interviewed several other companies in the area, one of which did our initial testing of the water during the process of buying our home. The initial testing said that our uranium levels were three times worse than the EPA limit. The radon tested at double the acceptable levels. The recommended treatment was a whole house water conditioning system ($4800) for the uranium and hardness and an aeration system for the radon (about $5000 not including costs to install extra ducts, piping and possibly a new electric circuit). I had heard, after the fact, that the company we used to initially test our water was known for inflating values and/or up-selling/over selling expensive treatment products to their customers so I decided to look for alternatives & second opinions. From the beginning to the end (installation day), Tom & Michelle at Rocky Mountain Water Conditioning were wonderful and professional to work with. They always promptly returned my calls and emails and never hesitated to answer or got irritated with my barrage of questions and concerns. They addressed every single one. Tom even did some research into a specific treatment alternative for my radon problem that ended up saving me thousands of dollars. He traveled an hour up the hill to visit my home, re-tested my water and sent it to a state certified lab so we could be sure we picked the right treatment system. The radon levels came back at about half as much as initially reported. He also spent lots of time teaching me about my home, my water and my options. I really appreciated that. I could tell that Tom is very knowledgeable and experienced. I also liked that he is a master water specialist with the water quality treatment association, a licensed contractor in the state of Colorado for water conditioning and a certified/accredited installer/service tech for Hague. We ended up selecting a Hague Comprehensive Water Conditioning system to treat the uranium and water hardness for the whole house, a "Big Blue"Â whole house GAC filtering system and a single point of use Hague reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink for drinking water. I love that the Hague system has a 25-year limited warranty compared to many of the other products I saw that only had a 1-3 year warranty. I haven't officially re-tested the water because we just installed everything last week but my fiance and I are already noticing a difference in the way the water feels. It seems to taste good too. We tested the water with a PH strip and our PH is perfect/ hardness is 0. We will have to report back once we officially re-test to make sure everything is good but I am anticipating it will be. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend this company if you ar"

"They came out promptly, removed the broken water heater, left to get a new one, and installed it. Because the new one is a little shorter than the old water heater, they had to get and install an additional short section of flue pipe. It was an expert job, done quickly and smoothly."
