I had a horrible experience with HVAC people. They tried to sell an entire new unit, when my unit still worked. I told them I would wait until it breaks down, to replace. Two weeks later, it got cold and I went to turn heat on and it was not heating. I had another company come look at and the gas had been turned off. Worse part, Iâ  m a single Mom and have a disabled child and they new it. Tried to take complete advantage of me for a sale, and did not care if they left us in the cold. Do not use this company, greedy & untrustworthy to say the least. Karma is a *****!

We installed a new toilet it is garnered for a year, I called the company showed them a video that it kept running they sent a fill valve ? I called Tipping hat the man showed on time looked at it he went to his truck to get a price came in said it cost $550 and I have the part so we paid the $49 and told him to leave. It turned out itâ s the flush valve not seating properly, took ( the wife)us15 minutes to fix. The service technician was polite I canâ t say anything about quality he didnâ t do anything, being heâ s a licensed technician he should have recognized the problem right away
