"I had some cracked bricks due to a foundation problem that needed to be replaced. They gave me a good price, color-matched the brick and mortar and the installation looks good. Two problems, however. They did not tell me the repair would leave an unsightly haze over the entire area that can only be cleaned off by an acid wash, nor did they offer to clean the haze off for me. They should have communicated this and offered to clean the brick after repair. I am not pushing this too much cause they gave me a good price. It just would have been nice to know. Secondly, their Home Advisor profile said they accept credit cards. After the repair, I was told cash or check only. I had to go get a check. Overall, the work performed was fine. I would just suggest anyone hiring them to ask specific questions about cleaning the brick afterwards and what forms of payments can they accept."

He got back to us with a quote quickly on all of our options. He even met us on a Saturday at the showroom to help us decide. We decided on a bay window and had it ordered. The window came in earlier than expected and they got us scheduled within days. Pat and Perry installed our window in a day and a half, and exactly how it had been described. They were professional, courteous and cleaned everything up afterward. The window turned out even more beautiful than we were expecting. I would recommend this company to anyone. The price was competitive and the service was the best we've ever had from a contract company."

We have a 119 year old brick home and he replaced and re mortared bricks around the outside of the windows and inside covered some deteriorating brick and filled in gaps. No more drafts.
