He showed up when he said he would (not a small thing with contractors of any kind) and worked hard to complete the job before the weather turned. He will come back in the Spring, activate the system and teach me how to use the timer on my phone. What sold me on picking John: I will get rebates for high efficiency nozzles, 5 year warranty, and ability for me to operate the system with my cell phone. I would recommend John to anyone. "We got 4 bids to get our very large Ash tree trimmed. It was taking over the neighborhood. King's was our last quote and they came in at 1/3 of the cost of the others AND they were able to do the work within a week. Other companies were booked out 2 months. They were so easy to work with, had great follow through, did quality work, and were very reasonable priced. They also noticed the beetle had gotten to our tree and they treated that as well. We will not call anyone else and use them for everything moving forward."
