"It's a small company so no marketing, no sales team but that means price would be lower. But like others have said, very good communication, constatnt updates on progress via text message (I was out of town) plus ton of pictures every step of the way and left the place cleaner than before. Couple things to keep in mind. Make sure to negotiate the plywood sheet pricing before hand and also if you have a dish on the roof negotiate to put it back on as it's not normally included in the contract (probably same for any roofers, I totally forgot, had to call Direct TV to reinstall it $50 after they left)."
