"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."

"I've turned to Averins Services multiple times, and I've always been satisfied. During the last couple of years, they fixed my fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and even microwave. Always prompt, qualitative service without any inconvenience. Last time, my dryer stopped heating-Oleg came next day and in a very short time fixed the problem. That is great when you have somebody who you may fully trust, always available, and knowing his job. If you have any problems with appliances, this is definitely the place to go!"
