"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."

"Richard and Eddie were super nice, very professional and knowledgeable. They did not charge a service fee to show up and let me know what the approximate cost would be before coming to fix my Kenmore Dryer. They called right away and came out the very next day. Super fast and voila my dryer is heating up again. I would highly recommend them - they said they can repair any kind of appliance. Super happy camper!"
