I had a 3wk project that was actually completed in 2.5wks, but had to wait a couple of days because I wanted to add a special mailbox (not his fault). Why a 4.5 instead of 5: I did recommend he'd get a different painter because he had an attitude all three times I saw him, but this had nothing to do with the quality and beauty of the fence."
