"Igor & Apex does a great job. They were extremely fast as I asked them to be flexible when we needed them to be an overall great to work with. this was an emergency due to a leak in both bathrooms and insurance dragging their feet and I had a tenant that I need to get back into my lower unit (in addition to my own bathroom where I live upstairs). My only regret (which I do not blame the team for 100%) is that we weren't able to spend as much time and communication upfront with planning, materials, budgeting and scheduling, etc. Due to the time pressure It cost a little bit of rework, however Igor was good about sharing costs of change orders, where the cause was not clearly my own doing. So overall, this is a great team and Igor is amazing. I would just encourage anyone to take the time needed upfront for true planning and design. I attach some "before pictures" for both bathrooms abd some "after" so you could see the difference"
