Ted was very helpful throughout the process with helping us with our mortgage company and walking us through each step. When it came to the install, Mel reached out to us in a group message with both Payton and Ted and herself, explaining the next step and keeping us up-to-date on scheduling drop off for the pallets of shingles etc. and installs.
