"Paulo and his team at Santos Home Services provided outstanding services under extraordinary circumstances. I had a complete home remodel and initially hired a different contractor who did substandard work across the board. Paulo started by doing an assessment of the work, pointing out specific deficiencies and how he could address them. His team took only 1 month to demolish, remediate, and rebuild bathrooms, including installing new backer board, plumbing, wiring, flooring, fixtures, and finishing tile. I travel a lot and trusted Paulo completely to secure and take care of my home and manage his team. Paulo was highly organized. His communication was excellent. He sent photos and videos of the work in progress. His attention to detail was exquisite! He wen the extra mile-added additional trim, shelving, even cleaned, painted and reframed the fireplace! He found and corrected electrical problems! His work is of the highest quality. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!"
