          Comment: Needs a "deep cleaning" and then maintenance maybe every 2 weeks. One level single family home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a front room/living room, and kitchen. There is an improved basement with bathroom + shower, laundry room, and a TV room that is used by the guys and also used for storage. Not sure if I will include this area for cleaning right now. I am in my 70's, retired, have health issues and have " let my house go* due to several spine surgeries, etc. My significant other lives here with me and he too has many health issues. Together we do OK with upkeep of the house, but not as well as it should be and it shows! Decluttering is an issue and I'm working on it! Just getting Christmas things put away!
