"I needed a toilet replaced and called Fox Valley Plumbing and Backflow. The lady I spoke with was professional and courteous. She told me it would be $150 per hour and that the job should be done within an hour. She scheduled an appointment for the following week and sent me an invoice. The plumber arrived on time. He confirmed that he could do the job within an hour. He said he could replace my shutoff valve too since it wasn't working. He drained out the water with a shop vac and so there was no mess. When he took out the old toilet, we saw that the ring was broken. He replaced it with a new one and sealed around it to make sure there would be no leaks. The work took slightly over an hour. He charged $150 plus parts. I was completely satisfied with the service."
