Flooring, Custom Shower Installs
"These guys were great! I needed my flooring done downstairs last minute and they were able to get it done. They had to break the job into two days, when they left on day 1 they had everything cleaned up and tidy, there was no mess! I had my upstairs done by a different company and they had left a total mess on day one so the tidyness was very appreciated! They also did a better job than the company that had 30 years of experience. I would deffinitely recommend!!!"

"Cutt Construction was great to us. We have a awesome looking kitchen with great appliances and his crew came when they said, had the project in hand, finished early and kept us informed all they way. Cutt Construction was a value add for my family and made the difference between not having a usable house and having one that works. We give this company first consideration with every project now."

"Shane was very flexible. I live out of state so most of our communication was thru emails/texts and he just rolled with the punches. He was always upfront with me on the cost of labor and materials so there was never an unexpected expense. When I found out I needed more done than he was initially hired for, he didnâ t hesitate to help me. His pricing is very fair. He did the drywall, texturing and painting and laid the lvp flooring for me. He even cleaned up my front porch for me when another guy Iâ d paid to do the job never showed up. Heâ s one in a million and definitely does great work! I highly recommend him!!! Thanks Shane for the great work you did for me!!!"

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
