Comment: I have a barn structure that I'd like to potentially turn into a garage. I would need the current structure to be assessed to see if this was possible. It has a rough concrete floor that would need to be replaced, drainage added, insulation and interior walls put in and heat/ac added. The structure is approximately 1000 sq ft. I'd also like to have two garage doors installed in the front along with a man door as well as a garage door in the back. I'd also like a concrete parking pad in front of the structure. I'm open to guidance and further recommendations.
