He was clearly knowledgeable about roofs and gave me lots of options to choose from when it came to materials and installation (aluminum vs copper vs vinyl flashing, chimney cap options, colors, etc.) I appreciate that Johnny was not assuming I want the cheapest job or most expensive, that he presented options and made recommendations without being pushy. The day of the job, he came with a team and they worked promptly and professionally. Lastly, he gave me a guarantee that they would return free of charge if I noticed any leaks from their work in the coming weeks. I highly recommend Johnny and Deluxe. "I had a great experience with Elton Suparaku of Precise Tile and Stone LLC from the time calling him for an estimate to the completion of my 330 sq ft tile installation project. "Mitat and Val, father and son, were very respectful and professional. Before beginning work, they clearly outlined what they would repair and how the repair would be done. They worked diligently to install a new floor in the kitchen cabinet under the sink following some very extensive water damage and rotting, replaced broken hinges in several kitchen cabinets, adjusted several window blind brackets that had been poorly installed, hung new shelves in the front hall closet and performed some much needed painting in various locations in the home. They worked diligently and continuously to ensure the work was performed properly, consulting us to ensure that their work would meet our expectations, all for a very fair price.
