My home is on the hilly side of the street and I had 9 steps and 2 landings to replace.. I had other estimates done and one was a little under Johns price. He offered to do the job at that price. I decided to go with his offer. The workmanship was great and I am completely satisfied with the job performed. They cleaned up all debris from the job and took it away.
