Took tons of pictures because, as he told us, "you aren't going to go up there with me and you need to see what I was looking at" - he had to have caught every rusty staple and nail up there. Very thorough explanation (I now know what "boots" are and what they do in regards to roofing) of what work he was doing. Never treated me with any of the condescension some contractors exhibit towards a female homeowner. He had the kind of shingles we have in his supplies so he didn't even charge us for the shingles. Amazing. Feel extremely confident in the quality of his work and would definitely hire him again and will be thinking of other jobs he can do for us. A real gem, would highly recommend him."
