My car was stuck in the garage and the broken spring made it impossible to open the door. Not only did Martin arrive on time, he called to see if he could arrive earlier. We discussed the best options for fixing the door and went with a torsion conversion, which is a little more expensive than just replacing the spring, but it’s a much safer option which gives me peace of mind when our grandkids are playing by the garage. Martin also did a door tuneup and replaced the fraying cables, as well as replaced the weather stripping at the bottom of the garage door. We paid a fair price for the security of a door that will work well going forward. I totally recommend ProLift."
