Was even willing to suggest nice touches to improve the appearance of the kitchen remodel without charging more. I ended up reaching out again to fix a pesky roof leak that I had literally been trying to resolve for 10 years (about 4 different roofers had already tried and wasted thousands of dollars), sure enough he was able to cut open the drywall where the leak was and identify some exterior flashing ending on the wrong side of my stucco. Fixed it up in half a day and hose tested the leak."

She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
