"Promptly and courteously called about project. Was able to schedule service for next day which was totally awesome since the request was made about 7PM. Brandon called to verify service for 9-9:30AM. Later called to ask if he could start earlier! Other than waking me from my slumber, he arrived as promised, on time, smiling and ready to get the job done. Discussed initial problem, broken spring and repair. Had a couple of optional suggestions to improve door operations, not required at all. We did have the original rollers and kinked cables replaced also, now the garage door is quieter than it has been for 20 years. Not sure the dogs will hear it open. Excellent work, no BS sales, straightforward options, prices as expected for this service. Most importantly, I do not have to worry about by F.I.L. getting in his garage. I do highly recommend this mom-and-pop shop for garage door service in the greater Lansing area."
