While looking at the rouladen, he noticed the vent pipe boots were splitting and pointed them out. I could see the damage from the ground. He replaced all three in 30 minutes. He was there when he said he would be, and didn't walk around my house looking for more things to work on. He worked quickly and for a reasonable price. He did not buy the parts and upcharge to me.
