"From the start it was a pleasure to work with Todd Langer of Diversified Property Services. I was impressed at our first meeting. He listened to me talk about what I needed to have accomplished. He asked pertinent questions and was very forthcoming coming about expectations, codes, materials, etc. The proposal came in a reasonable time. Once the town permit was issued his team came to start the job of removing the old deck, digging holes for footings and the new construction of my deck. The job was completed within 10 days. The crew did a great job with the clean up as well as the construction. I love my new deck! I absolutely highly recommend Todd and Diversified and will use them for my next project!"
