"Richard documented and itemized the work to be done in a good quote. This made it easy for me to select the priority services I wanted. While I bought the replacement door, Richard was helpful advising me what door to select, and an efficient Home Depot to get it at. Richard was patient while inspecting the work to be done, and explaining what was need. Richard began in a timely fashion, and worked with my schedule. i am very happy with the resulting door installation."

"A beam supporting an upstairs room was removed and replaced.. A wall 12'tx8.5' was termite infested was torn down and replace with all new wood.The wall repaired and re-sheet rocked. This project also involved tearing down the stucco on the front porch and also redone. Bottom line...this was a major project. I rate this a top notch job! I would recommend ET Construction, and already have."
