"We had Tabares Construction completely remodel our kitchen. They gutted our kitchen, removed a wall, sealed off a door, opened a door through a load bearing wall, moved a doorway, installed the kitchen. They were very meticulous in their work - even the demolition seemed to be clean and orderly. There was lots of molding and finish work, and it all looks fantastic. We can't imagine having remodeled our kitchen without Tabares Construction. They were professional, efficient, and responsive. We will use them again. "Division we had for our dining room was achieved. We had cabinetry and bookshelves in our dining room that were replaced by curio cabinets, and totally repainted to match our furniture. US pro painting did a wonderful job with flawless painting, reinstallation of lower cabinets and installation of new curio glass cabinets. JR, the owner, was very cooperative, and provided photos at each step of the renovation, since we were away during that time. If we have a painting or renovation project, we will use them again."

"I hired Excellence to paint multiple rooms in my new house. Caio is easily accessible and responds promptly to phone & text messages. He answered all my questions and made sure the project plan documented exactly what I wanted in the color scheme for the different rooms. He also made helpful suggestions and pointed out issues I wasn't aware of. His team, Rodrigo and Paolo, were super friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. They too made sure they were following my plan in order not to paint the wrong colors when I was not home. They did an excellent job with the prep, priming, painting, and clean up. "Taha, the estimator and manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He saw things that I missed and explained what needed to be done clearly. The work crew was extremely efficient and did a terrific job. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new! I highly recommend this contractor for quality and value."
