"Tim called me, and introduced himself telling me that he would be the technician doing the work. He came to the house on time. He came prepared to go ahead and give me analysis of what needed to be done and the cost for it. He was able to then tell me a date that he would be returning to complete the work needed to be done.and he came when he was supposed to and complete the work. Nothing was out of order. His work was very professionally done. The work was completed on time, Tim's goal has been to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done. I recommend him, and will use him again. By the way tim is the owner of the company. Also as he did the work he would send me pictures of what was being done during the treatment."

"They quickly visited on site and evaluated the issue. We just bought our new place and the air quality test showed that we needed air source cleaning. It required cleaning of the hvac system and ducts and Biocide arranged for a sub (Hurricane Air Duct Cleaning) to handle that job. They did a great job and were professional and thorough. Biocide followed that up with a microbial sanitizing treatment and the tech was on time, professional and fairly quick. Overall pleased with the service."
