"They showed up on time, fully assessed the problem and gave me an estimate. Fixed the gas leak. They were very professional, really pleasant attitude. Reasonable cost and cleaned up after their work was finished and went out of their way to plant back the geraniums plants uprooted to do the work. "Authority came out to service my tankless water heater, and I?m really impressed with the experience. Chris was the technician who handled everything, and he made sure to explain how the system works and what needed to be done. He performed a thorough cleaning, checked all the components, and made sure everything was running efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions.
