"Fred, the owner of Pine Ridge Renovations, was just exceptional to work with. After getting in over our heads with some DIY renovations we decided to hire someone to do our engineered hardwood flooring install & couldn’t have been happier to have ended up with Fred and his son Patrick. Not only did they do a great job with the floors, Fred gave us such great advice on other aspects of our project we weren’t even hiring him for. He was generous with his services, even doing extra work on our toilet he didn’t have to. He never made us feel pressured to do anything more than what we were looking for, was on time every single day, finished the job quickly and gave us a very fair price. "We were originally planning to order carpet directly from Dalton, GA, and have FCI in Flagstaff install it in our Sedona home, but Tom offered us a competitive price for both. We really like their business philosophy: very customer focused, with well-trained employees, and installation people who are employees rather than subcontractors hired at the lowest possible price. We ended up also getting a lot of tile floor and installation from them. The tile and carpet crews did excellent work, and the manager worked with us to meet our scheduling needs. A great experience...we recommend them!"
