"I recently had the pleasure of working with SoCal Boys Heating and Air Conditioning, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I called for an appointment, their customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The technician (Gerry) arrived on time, equipped with everything needed for the job. He took the time to explain the issues with my HVAC system and provided clear options for repairs and maintenance. I appreciated his honesty and transparency—there was no upselling or unnecessary pressure, just genuine advice tailored to my needs. The repair process was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the pricing was. My system is now running better than ever, and I can already feel the difference in my home’s comfort level. What stood out most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They followed up a few days later to ensure everything was working well and that I was happy with their service."

"We went to Gabe for a second opinion on a water heater repair when another company wanted to charge us over $3000. Gabe found the problem and repaired it, saving us thousands if dollars. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We will call Gabe first next time for any of our repair needs."

"Every once in a while you run into a service contractor that just feels right from the first meeting. Derek hit all the right buttons immediately and continued the high level of service all the way through the full HVAC ducting install. Every question I had was answered fully. The system now performs like new. I've already asked him about a mid summer compressor service. I would highly recommend Derek for anyone's HVAC install and service needs."
