"I am not one to typically write reviews but on a very small number of occasions I have been blown away by customer service and job quality... This is one of those times I am totally blown away. Peak went above and beyond and Ron was available morning, noon or night with any questions I had. I truly didn't even believe it was possible to refinish my floors due to a very thick aluminum oxide coating and most folks I called in Pittsburgh wouldn't touch it. Not only was Peak able to refinish the floors, but they did the floors flawlessly, the guys even cleaned! I believe in this company so much that I am going to put my personal email on this review and if you would ever like to see before and after pics I can send them to you. You will not find a better flooring company in Pittsburgh... Period [email protected]"
