"i have not received the product yet but their response was quick. they came and gave me an initial estimate within a couple of days. my pool is irregular shape so the cover must be custom made. when they cam back to do the exact measuring, Clinton told me the estimate was a little low but he would honor the original estimate. I am very satisfied so far."
