When I called, Amy helped calm me down and Allen came out to the property within the hour to check out the work that had already been started. Later that evening, we had a quote. The next day, everything was put in motion to get necessary permits. The city granted the permit the day before Christmas Eve. A crew of 8-10 guys came out ON CHRISTMAS EVE! Not only were they able to pick up where the former company left off, they completed all remaining work, plus 2 additional piers, in one day!
